people who, through no fault of their own, fell behind with payments?

I have been following this for a while now as I also have a dispute with these blood suckers. They are by far the worst company I have dealt with and added interest to our account while pretending they had frozen it. As a result our debt doubled in size and I'm not sure I will ever be able to repay it now.
